So getting back into this whole CrossFit thing is of course making me think about what I’m eating again. I reckon it’s time to put a little more effort into clean eating so I’m not erasing all of my hard work in the gym!
For breakfast:
  • 1.5 slices of Wright Bacon (yeah, it’s not the cleanest, but I love it)
  • 2 extra-large brown free range local eggs
  • 1/2 serving of noosa yoghurt lemon flavor
  • black coffee
